Education is an opportunity to lead our life without depending on others. Education is not just about the subjects that are learnt and taught in school. Becoming educated is not restricted to being in school and then in college, gathering certificates and feeling proud of oneself. It is a lifelong exercise that can be unbelievably exciting if only we wish to jump onto the train of experience and take a trip to every conceivable place on the earth. The thirst for knowledge is not restricted to the child. It is also essential for a parent and a teacher to keep adding to their own knowledge bank by keeping their eyes and ears open and by reading as much as possible and ensuring that children develop these habits as well.

The role of education in our life doesn’t only mean to give bookish knowledge to students, but also to provide different kinds of knowledge in different kinds of skills like painting, drawing, singing morals. The mental status of children before joining the school will be different, once they step in they will try to grab more knowledge of lifestyle, it is the stage to motivate themselves into a new human being, they will start identifying what is good and what is bad for them. They will start analyzing, questioning and reasoning for every task. They will understand to learn something from mistakes. They will start fixing themselves in the competitive world.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Evaluation from Florida State University in Tallahassee, USA. Additionally, she has a Master's degree in Labour Laws and Welfare from Symbiosis Society of Law College in Pune. Priyanka has dual Bachelor's degrees, one in Education and the other in Political Science. She is a certified Program Evaluator from Florida State University.

With over fifteen years of experience in the field of education, Priyanka currently serves as the Academic Head of Likha Pre-School. Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with various schools and non-governmental organizations across the country. Priyanka also functions as an educational consultant, providing solutions and teacher training services to schools in Ahmedabad and Bihar. As a seasoned professional, she has been a featured speaker at numerous international and national conferences.

I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school full of rich and spiritual traditions that strive for excellence in girls’ education. I am proud to say that I have a team that shares faith, inculcates virtues, and empowers girls to seek their full potential.

I started my career as a Pre-primary teacher and put in my efforts for five continuous years. Thereafter I was promoted for three continuous years in grades 1 to 5. With honor, I started teaching Mathematics and science in grades 6 to 10. I worked for 11 years with full zeal and tried to put my sincere efforts into the students' academic and holistic growth.

Then the management trusted me with the position of vice-principal in the same institute. I worked as a vice-principal for fourteen years. For one and half years I have been appointed to the post of principal primary section. I believe that great schools are a result of great teachers, staff, parents, and community members. It is my goal to help our team to grow professionally through collective efficacy.

Our school has a highly experienced, talented, and dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to the success of every girl in our school. We are proud to offer a comprehensive, cognitive, engaging, and rigorous educational program that includes English language, mathematics, science, social studies, art, technology, physical education, and other extra activities like Chess and Taekwondo.

It has been an immense pleasure to be a part of Little Star since 30 years and still counting.

As a Chief Of Morning Shift For Class 6th To 8th I've been contributing in the growth and development of each and every student and institute for over 18 years and still counting. My vision is to help students to test their ideas, draw conclusions & inferences in a collaborative learning environment which transforms the students to become active participants in the learning process.
